Its a nightmare, isn't it? Hello Australia Card!!! I have never been successful in logging on to the MyGov site, and its even worse over the phone.

Oh, and I was forced to accept the condition that when I get that far, they send a code to my mobile that I have to type in also. better always have one's phone handy then!
